Terms and Rules

Last Updated: 9/9/2026

By accessing, registering for, or participating in this website and forum, you agree to follow these Terms and Rules. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the forum.

These rules are intended to protect the community, its members, and the forum itself while allowing open discussion of bodybuilding, training, nutrition, supplementation, performance enhancement, and related topics.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity performed through it.

Do not share accounts, impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, or create accounts for the purpose of avoiding moderation actions, restrictions, suspensions, or bans.

You must provide accurate information where the forum requires it.

The forum reserves the right to refuse registration, restrict access, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users when necessary to protect the community or enforce these rules.

2. Medical and Health Information

Information posted on this forum is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing posted by members, moderators, administrators, coaches, contributors, or other users should be considered medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding medical conditions, medications, drug use, laboratory results, or other health concerns.

Members are responsible for their own decisions and actions.

3. Discussion of AAS, PEDs, and Other Substances

Discussion of anabolic-androgenic steroids (AAS), performance-enhancing drugs (PEDs), supplements, medications, research compounds, and related substances may be permitted for educational and harm-reduction purposes.

The forum does not endorse, recommend, encourage, or guarantee the safety of any substance or method of use.

Members are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws applicable to their jurisdiction.

Prohibited Sourcing and Transactions

This forum may not be used to:

  • Buy, sell, trade, distribute, or arrange the transfer of illegal or controlled substances.
  • Request or offer sources for illegal or controlled substances.
  • Post contact information, payment instructions, pricing, menus, order links, or other information intended to facilitate prohibited transactions.
  • Coordinate shipping, importation, customs evasion, or other methods intended to circumvent applicable laws.
  • Recruit customers, vendors, resellers, or distributors for prohibited substances.
  • Use private messages or other forum features to conduct activity that would otherwise violate these rules.

Educational discussion about substances is not permission to use the forum as a marketplace.

4. Illegal Activity

Do not use the forum to organize, facilitate, solicit, or promote illegal activity.

Discussion of illegal or regulated activities may be allowed when the purpose is educational, historical, informational, or harm-reduction focused.

The forum reserves the right to remove content that creates legal risk for the community, its operators, or its members.

5. Respect Other Members

Disagreement is allowed. Personal attacks are not.

Members may challenge another person's claims, training methods, opinions, evidence, or conclusions, but discussions should remain focused on the subject rather than becoming personal harassment.

The following behavior is prohibited:

  • Harassment or targeted abuse.
  • Credible threats of violence.
  • Doxxing or publishing another person's private information.
  • Stalking or coordinated harassment.
  • Discrimination or hateful attacks directed toward protected characteristics.
  • Encouraging others to harass or intimidate another member.
  • Repeatedly disrupting discussions for the purpose of provoking other users.

Criticism, sarcasm, strong opinions, and heated debate may occur in an adult community. Moderation will generally focus on behavior that becomes abusive, threatening, disruptive, or targeted rather than merely unpopular or offensive opinions.

6. Privacy and Personal Information

Do not post another person's private or personally identifying information without their permission.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Home addresses.
  • Private telephone numbers.
  • Personal email addresses.
  • Financial information.
  • Government identification numbers.
  • Private medical records.
  • Private messages or communications where there is a reasonable expectation of privacy.

Members should also use caution when sharing their own personal, medical, financial, or identifying information.

Anything posted publicly may be copied, indexed, archived, screenshotted, or shared by others outside of the forum.

7. Private Messages

Private messages are subject to the same general rules as public forum content.

Private messages may not be used for harassment, prohibited sales, sourcing, scams, spam, threats, or attempts to evade forum rules.

The forum does not guarantee that private messages are confidential or immune from administrative review when necessary to investigate reports, enforce rules, protect users, or maintain the security of the website.

8. Spam, Advertising, and Promotion

Unauthorized advertising, solicitation, affiliate marketing, referral links, promotional posting, or commercial activity is prohibited unless specifically approved by forum staff.

Do not create accounts primarily for advertising or search-engine promotion.

Businesses, coaches, vendors, content creators, and other commercial users must follow any additional advertising or vendor policies established by the forum.

The forum may remove promotional content or restrict accounts engaging in excessive or unauthorized commercial activity.

9. Scams and Fraud

Scams, fraud, impersonation, deceptive fundraising, fraudulent sales, phishing, and other attempts to obtain money, goods, credentials, or personal information through deception are prohibited.

Members should independently evaluate transactions or relationships formed with other members outside the forum.

The forum is not responsible for private transactions or agreements between users.

10. Content Standards

Do not post content that:

  • Contains malware, malicious scripts, phishing links, or other harmful software.
  • Encourages suicide, self-harm, or intentionally dangerous conduct.
  • Contains sexual exploitation or sexual content involving minors.
  • Violates applicable intellectual property laws.
  • Is intentionally posted to disrupt the forum through excessive spam, flooding, or automated activity.
  • Attempts to compromise the security, availability, or operation of the forum.

Staff may remove other content when reasonably necessary to protect users, maintain the community, comply with legal obligations, or prevent abuse.

11. Copyright and Intellectual Property

Only post content that you have the right to share.

When quoting articles, books, research papers, paid content, or other copyrighted works, provide appropriate attribution and avoid reproducing substantial portions of copyrighted material without permission.

Copyright holders who believe their work has been posted improperly may contact the forum administrators with sufficient information to identify the material in question.

12. User-Submitted Content

You retain ownership of content you create and post to the forum, subject to any rights owned by third parties.

By posting content, you grant the forum a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, distribute, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, archive, and maintain the forum.

Removing your account does not necessarily require the forum to remove all previously submitted posts, quotes, discussions, or other content, particularly where removal would disrupt existing conversations or records.

The forum may edit, move, merge, lock, hide, or remove content when necessary for moderation or administration.

13. Moderation

Forum staff have discretion when interpreting and enforcing these rules.

Not every possible form of misconduct can be listed in advance. Conduct that clearly harms the community, abuses forum features, creates significant legal or security risk, or intentionally attempts to circumvent these rules may still result in moderation even if it is not specifically listed.

Moderation actions may include:

  • Informal warnings.
  • Formal warning points.
  • Temporary restrictions.
  • Loss of posting or messaging privileges.
  • Content removal.
  • Temporary suspension.
  • Permanent account bans.

Attempts to evade moderation through alternate accounts, VPNs, new registrations, or third-party accounts may result in additional restrictions.

14. Moderation Decisions and Appeals

Members may respectfully question or appeal moderation actions through the appropriate private contact method provided by the forum.

Public threads created primarily to attack moderators, continue removed disputes, encourage harassment, or evade moderation decisions may be removed.

Staff are not obligated to publicly disclose moderation details involving another member.

15. No Guarantee of Content Accuracy

The forum contains user-generated content.

The forum does not verify or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, safety, legality, or reliability of information posted by members.

Opinions expressed by individual users belong to those users and do not necessarily represent the views of the forum, its owners, administrators, moderators, partners, sponsors, or affiliates.

Members should independently verify information before relying upon it.

16. Third-Party Links and Services

Members may post links to third-party websites and services.

The forum does not control and is not responsible for the content, security, privacy practices, products, services, or availability of third-party websites.

Following external links is done at your own risk.

17. Forum Availability

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any portion of the website or forum at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent storage of content, preservation of accounts, or continued availability of any particular forum feature.

Members are responsible for keeping copies of any content they consider important.

18. Limitation of Liability

Use of this forum is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the forum, its owners, administrators, moderators, employees, contributors, partners, and affiliates are not responsible for losses, injuries, damages, legal consequences, financial losses, or other harm resulting from:

  • Reliance on information posted on the forum.
  • Decisions made based on forum discussions.
  • Drug, supplement, training, dietary, or medical decisions.
  • Interactions or transactions between members.
  • Third-party websites or services.
  • Unauthorized account access.
  • Loss or deletion of content.
  • Interruptions or technical failures of the website.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree that you are responsible for claims, losses, or damages arising from your own unlawful conduct, violation of these Terms and Rules, or infringement of another person's rights while using the forum.

20. Changes to These Terms

These Terms and Rules may be updated as the community, website, or applicable legal requirements change.

Continued use of the forum after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Significant changes may also be announced through the forum when appropriate.

21. Staff Discretion

These rules are intended to establish expectations for the community, not provide a technical loophole for every possible situation.

Attempts to exploit wording, technicalities, omissions, or ambiguities in the rules in order to engage in conduct that would otherwise clearly violate their purpose may still result in moderation.

When in doubt, contact a member of the forum staff before posting.
